C.S. Flournoy employs highly trained professionals to handle commerical residential excavating such as land and lot clearing, demolition, driveways drainage problems and much more. Excavating: CSFlournoy Inc. has experienced personal and big Excavating equipment to handle residential and commercial digging, earth moving, grading, Land contouring, and drainage solutions and more.  

Demolition: Have a building you don’t like? We will remove it safely. CSFLournoy Inc is equipped with the equipment and personal required to handle all demolition jobs. Decaying buildings and structures can be bought back to life with proper demolition. We are very meticulous to safety of our crews and not to harm or damage the surround property. With fast and efficient debris removal and recycling we can get your demolition job done safe and fast. (Building removal, house removal, sheds, car ports, no structure is too big for us to demolish.)   

Driveways: We specialize in gravel driveways. From Adding a new driveway to re-graveling your existing one, CSFLournoy can handle your driveway needs. Gravel driveway grading and scrapping is essential  to  maintain a smooth driving surface. CSFLournoy Inc continues to build and construct new driveways. We also have to the ability to remove and existing driveways. With our specialized equipment we can fix your bumpy gravel driveways or gravel roads.

Grading:  Our Bull Dozer’s, backhoes and excavators enable us to contour, dig, move and sculpt the land so water will drain away from buildings, structures.  New construction requires a proper finished grade before seeding and planting can begin. We have special equipment to get your finish grade exact. Remember water drainage solutions can protect your structures.   

Drainage Solutions: We correct drainage problems and improve drainage areas.

Hauling: With several large dump trucks in our fleet. It gives us the ability to haul away large loads of dirt, concrete, trees, asphalt, top soil, mulch, or rock and gravel and much more.  We’ll haul it in or out.   We offer full service clean up and hauling.  

Land and lot clearing: Land, lot clearing and excavating timber is part of our core business. Trees, Shrubs, weeds, overgrown fields…no area is too big or too small. We have the right equipment and tools for the job.   

Debris removal:  From tree limbs to broken concert, we remove it all. Clean up is an essential part of any job and we take debris removal serious. We go to great efforts to insure we leave your property in better condition than we found it.

Backfilling: We can contour the land any way that you want. Backfilling is required at times to bring the land to a finished grade level. We carefully backfill and tamp to insure no slumps occurs during heavy rains.
